Job Summary
In a warehouse environment, perform a variety of activities related to the storage and shipping of raw material and/or finished product to support the overall operation and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

1. Support machine operators with tasks such as stacking, sorting, and moving materials.
2. Assist in filling and packaging customer orders.
3. Operate forklifts, cranes, and other equipment to move stock.
4. Maintain a clean, safe work area and equipment.
5. Complete paperwork accurately and follow instructions.
6. Help train new team members when needed.
7. Report issues or breakdowns to supervisors.
8. Follow all safety, quality, and Lean procedures.

Minimum Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
3. Forklift experience preferred.
4. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and perform physically active tasks.
5. Safety-first attitude with attention to detail.
6. Basic computer skills and ability to use scanners.
7. Willingness to work overtime when needed.
