Job summary

Mattress Firm Inc. in North Charleston, SC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support shipping and receiving, loading/unloading trucks, staging deliveries, and keeping inventory rotated and accurate.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to operate order pickers and warehouse equipment safely. Schedule is Wednesday to Sunday, 9am-5pm, with a monthly incentive program.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years general warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of general warehouse operations and PIT equipment safety.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
• Stage deliveries and store products in designated locations.
• Inspect items for defects and document paperwork with signatures.
• Assist customer pickups and participate in inbound/outbound QA processes.
• Operate order pickers and warehouse equipment; maintain a clean, safe area.
