Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to streamline shipping, receiving, and inventory processes in our Savannah-area facility. You will support unloading, order consolidation, and accurate distribution of merchandise to sales teams and customers.

The role requires basic communication and computer skills, flexibility across shifts, and prior dock or warehouse experience. Handheld scanners may be used daily to track items and shipments.

Qualifications

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.
• Ability to work various shifts including days/evenings/nights and weekends.
• Experience in dock/warehouse operations in transportation.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers.
• Experience using handheld scanners in a warehouse environment.
• Strong ability to follow written/verbal instructions and think critically.

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, unload trucks, check in merchandise, and distribute orders.
• Read orders to determine items to move, gather, distribute and ship.
• Keep warehouse accessible and safe for staff and customers.
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed.
• Take load information from drivers, ensure on-time delivery and log data for accounting.
• Monitor pickups and deliveries to confirm on-time arrivals and condition.
