Job summary

ADUSA Distribution, part of Ahold Delhaize USA, is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our Salisbury, NC distribution center. You will support shipping/receiving tasks, palletize orders for stores, and operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely daily.

Responsibilities include ensuring accurate documentation, following sanitation practices, and contributing to continuous process improvements in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a distribution environment preferred.
• Ability to use a PC for data entry and research.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving tasks as assigned by supervisor or designee.
• Complete all shipping/receiving documentation.
• Select and palletize grocery, produce, meat, frozen, and dairy orders for shipment to retail stores.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Perform pre-operational checks of pallet jacks or forklifts per company policy.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area free of debris.
• Suggest procedural changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
