Job summary

BDI in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Warehouse Representative to handle shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and deliveries for customers, suppliers and branches. You will operate forklifts/order pickers, process shipments in the warehouse management system, and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Ideal candidates lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and pass required training; a valid driver’s license and timely order fulfillment are essential for success at BDI.

Qualifications

• Basic arithmetic for inventory and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to complete required BDI training.
• Active driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, ship, and receive orders for customers, suppliers, and branches.
• Perform daily cycle counts to track inventory.
• Conduct quality checks on material pulled for orders.
• Operate forklift/order picker to access high shelves.
• Process shipments in the warehouse management system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment per safety standards.
• Assist Customer Support with quotes or phone inquiries as needed.
• Deliver or pick up shipments from customers or suppliers as required.
