Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs
• Stand for extended periods, stand/walk/bend and climb ladders
• Comfortable working in a non climate-controlled warehouse
• Forklift operator experience or PIT equipment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated locations
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers (training provided)
• Maintain inventory accuracy and safe, clean workplace

Warehouse Associate - Shipping (Evening Shift)

Location: Irving, TX

Compensation: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Sun - Thurs, 5:30 p.m. - 2 a.m. (or until done).

Role Summary

As a Warehouse Associate at Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) , you'll help pick, organize, and prepare auto parts orders for shipment-keeping our supply chain running strong. This active, high-energy role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth. Whether you're pulling parts manually or operating warehouse equipment , you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. • $1,000 Sign-On Bonus just for joining the team! Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment

Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:

• Product Handling: Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery
• Inbound Processing: Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Loading & Unloading: Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Equipment Operation: Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Inventory Accuracy: Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step
• Team Collaboration: Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success
• Clean & Safe Workplace: Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols
• Flexibility : Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs

• Can you lift products that weigh up to 75 lbs. consistently?
• Are you comfortable working on your feet all day-standing, walking, bending, and climbing ladders?
• Are you able to work at heights up to 30 feet without issue?
• Can you pay strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment?
• Can we depend on you to show up on time and have a strong work ethic?
• Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse (temperatures vary by season)?
• Do you have forklift operator or other PIT equipment experience?
