Whether you’re **pulling parts** manually or **operating warehouse equipment**, you will be part of a team where your work makes a real impact and produces results. **Multiple shifts, competitive pay**, and **incredible incentives** await!* **Up to $18.25/hour starting pay + a $2 shift differential*** **$1,000 Sign-On Bonus** just for joining the team! + Paid $500 after 6 months, another $500 at 12 months of continuous, active full-time employment**Key Responsibilities**As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our distribution center:* **Product Handling:** Accurately pull, scan, package, and stage orders for delivery* **Inbound Processing:** Receive shipments and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations* **Loading & Unloading:** Stack, wrap, and load/unload trucks safely and efficiently* **Equipment Operation:** Use pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment (training provided)* **Inventory Accuracy:** Ensure correct parts and quantities are handled at every step* **Team Collaboration:** Communicate clearly with peers and supervisors to ensure workflow success* **Clean & Safe Workplace:** Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety protocols* **Flexibility**: Perform other warehouse tasks as assigned based on daily needs* Are you willing to work in a non-climate-controlledWe are committed to creating a positive, people-first workplace.
