Job summary

American Bolt Corporation is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for 1st shift in New Berlin, WI. The role focuses on shipping and order fulfillment with opportunities to support other warehouse functions as needed.

You will pick, pack, and prepare customer orders, inspect products for accuracy, and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, or related warehouse operations.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail, time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing customer orders using RF scanners.
• Inspecting products for accuracy and quality utilizing bolt gauges and other inspection tools.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assisting in Receiving, Kitting, and other warehouse functions as needed.
• Following established safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Supporting team objectives to ensure efficient warehouse operations.

Location: New Berlin, WI

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Pay: $19.50-$20.50/hour, based on experience

Key Responsibilities
