Responsibilities

  • Prepare, package, and ship aviation parts and materials in accordance with shipping requirements and company procedures.
  • Verify shipment contents against pick tickets, packing lists, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure all shipping documentation is complete, accurate, and properly recorded.
  • Enter shipment data into inventory and tracking systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Pull, stage, and consolidate material for outbound shipments.
  • Properly label, package, and secure parts to prevent damage during transit.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet shipment deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Maintain organized shipping areas, workstations, and staging locations.
  • Perform inventory counts and material reconciliation as directed.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and quality assessments related to shipping activities.
  • Follow safety procedures and handling requirements for aviation material.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

The Warehouse Associate – Shipping role is responsible for the accurate preparation, handling, and shipment of aviation parts and materials in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely, compliant, and damage-free shipments to customers, vendors, and internal departments.

Your role will take you to new heights, as you’ll be tasked with these essential job responsibilities:
