Job summary

Encompass Supply Chain Solutions is hiring a Fulfillment Center Specialist in Lewisville, TX. You will work in a fast-paced distribution setting, focusing on accurate picking, packing, and shipping of appliance and HVAC parts.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and teamwork, with training available for forklift and RF scanning tools. Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm, in-office environment. Benefits include health coverage and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk, bend, reach overhead, and lift/carry boxes.
• Excellent communication in English (verbal and written).
• Able to work Monday–Friday 9:00 am–6:00 pm in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Experience using RF/handheld scanners is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Job at a Glance

As a Fulfillment Center Specialist, you will work within our fast-paced, distribution environment. We have a variety of positions available, so you may start off in one area and then move on to another task depending on what needs to get done. Our goal in the warehouse is to pick, pack and ship the right parts fast for our valued customers – which is our reason for existing. You are critical to our success, making you a company VIP.

A Typical Day

• Maintain a safety-first environment by following safety procedures.
• Pick, pack, put away, receive, and load our parts while maintaining a positive team environment.
• Use an RF scanner to pick and put away parts in the correct locations within the warehouse.
• Work with our warehouse team to complete daily orders, and your performance will be measured by the quantity and accuracy of parts you process daily.
