Neovia Logistics in Chanute, KS is seeking a Warehouse Associate Senior - Shift 1. Location: 615 West Cherry St., Chanute, KS 66720. Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Rate: $17.50 per hour.

Employment Type: Full-Time. You will support warehouse operations through receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of materials. Ideal candidate has warehouse experience, safety focus, accuracy, and experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, store, move, and ship parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist with logistics, supply chain, material management, and distribution activities to support operational goals.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, destinations, and shipment timelines using various source documents and inventory systems.
• Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts, inventory audits, variance investigations, and inventory reconciliations.
• Accurately maintain inventory records and identify discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery used for weighing, banding, wrapping, packaging, and material movement.
• Safely operate and perform routine servicing of mechanical, motorized, and electrical equipment within the warehouse environment.
• Complete specialized clerical and documentation duties related to receiving, shipping, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements

• Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping.
• Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.
• Requires work from heights of up to 20 feet from floor.
• Requires work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures.
