Work Schedule: Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM or until work is complete, overtime expected

Warehouse Operations ensures an uninterrupted flow of life-saving drugs through the medical supply chain. We are responsible for performing crucial tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of sensitive products. Our efforts directly contribute to hospitals and doctors' offices' ability to administer essential medical products to patients in need.

Qualifications

We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience. If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment, you could be a great fit for our team. All training is provided starting your first day!

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift, and stand for an entire 8-hour or longer shift.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Comfortable working at heights of 25-30 feet regularly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment with limited supervision and an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to comprehend and accurately process paperwork in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow directions and change priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Additional preferred qualifications include experience with RF scanners, voice picking, material handling equipment, and working with technology such as computers or POS systems. A High School Diploma/GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including picking products, performing quality control, packing, inputting information into the computer, and preparing shipments.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including using personal protective equipment like steel-toed shoes and safety harnesses.
• Willingness to train and be certified to operate material handling equipment such as order pickers, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders.

Expected Level of Work

• Complete standard tasks using acquired knowledge and skills.
• Learn and apply new information and methods.
• Maintain necessary licenses, training, and certifications.
• Work on routine assignments with some problem resolution.
• Adhere to quality guidelines and work under moderate supervision.
• Review output regularly and escalate complex issues to supervisors.

Pay Rate: $21.60 per hour (including shift differential)
