Position Details

Shift: 2nd shift - 11 am - 7:30 pm

Location: Wyoming, MI

Role Summary

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Associate supports materials management and indirectly supports sales. Responsibilities include ensuring stock is accurately accounted for, processed, and organized to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping stock
• Accurately pick and pack orders
• Receive and restock inventory promptly
• Load and unload trucks following procedures
• Participate in safety initiatives and maintain warehouse cleanliness
• Identify and count inventory accurately
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, hand trucks, cranes, etc.) after training
• Attend meetings and training sessions
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Entry-level work experience
• Ability to use warehouse equipment and basic math skills
• Strong work ethic, communication skills, and ability to work independently
• Effective team collaboration skills
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, climb ladders
• Comfort with working in a distribution environment with noise and temperature variations

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification (not required but a plus)
