Everything Kitchens LLC offers a weekend-only Warehouse Associate role in Springfield, Missouri. You'll earn $15.00/hour by picking, packing, and shipping kitchenware orders, with no prior experience necessary. This physically demanding position focuses on teamwork, flexibility, and reliability in a warehouse environment.
Description
As a Saturday/Sunday Warehouse Associate in Springfield, Missouri, you’ll earn $15.00/hour by picking, packing, and shipping kitchenware orders to our customers. No experience required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What You’ll Do Each Day
Your workday starts at 6:00 a.m. with direction from your team’s shipping supervisor. You might start out picking items, then move to packing, and later help load the trucks or sort shipments. Tasks change throughout the day, but the routine stays steady. We expect everyone to learn all parts of the process–picking, packing, shipping–so you can jump in wherever the team needs you.
Lunch is usually at 11 a.m. It could be 30 minutes or an hour, depending on how busy we are. Around 3:30 p.m., there’s a short team meeting to check in, discuss issues, and wrap up the day. Before leaving, you’ll clean and reset your station for the next shift. Your work day can end anywhere from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (or in rarer cases, later than that depending on the time of year).
The work is physical, fast-paced, and deadline driven. You’ll work closely with the same 8-10 people each day; you’ll be on your feet all day, walking and standing on concrete floors, climbing up and down ladders, handling products, using box cutters, and lifting boxes as needed.
What To Know About the Role
This is a weekend only role (Saturday and Sunday). You’ll usually work 15 - 20 hours a week and be paid every Friday.
This is a physically demanding position in a warehouse environment; temperatures fluctuate depending on the season. This is a steady, reliable role, but there’s limited room for growth. Raises typically happen every 6 months in the first two years, but advancement is rare due to low turnover and few new positions.
Who We’re Looking For
We need someone who shows up on time and ready to work both days. Our warehouse is in north Springfield (near Republic), and there’s no bus system nearby, so you’ll need reliable transportation. This role requires flexibility–your workday ends when the job is done, not at a set time.
You should be comfortable being on your feet all day, following instructions, and working with others. You’ll be working with a small team, so attitude and teamwork matter. If you’ve worked in a warehouse before, great–but it’s not required. What matters most is that you’re willing to learn and be open to how we do things.
If this sounds like the right fit for you, please submit your resume. The next step will be a phone call or an email asking you to come interview with us in-person.
