Job summary

Carolina Cat is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, store, and distribute materials supporting operations across the company. You will use SAP and other inventory systems to ensure accurate tracking, timely order fulfillment, and safe handling in a dynamic warehouse.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean, efficient workspace while collaborating with multiple departments to meet material deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
• Previous experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving Materials: Unload shipments, verify contents, inspect for damage, and complete Goods Receipt in SAP.
• Storing Materials: Organize and label inventory in storage locations; maintain documentation.
• Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate records; assist audits.
• Material Distribution: Pick and stage materials; deliver to departments and confirm delivery with partners.
• Shipping & Packing: Package finished goods, generate shipping labels and docs; assist outbound shipments.
• Operating Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks; daily safety checks.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area; follow safety protocols.
• Additional Duties: Issue purchase orders; coordinate with sales/service/ops to meet deadlines.
