Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support distribution operations in Morgantown, WV. The role focuses on accurate stocking, inspection, and material handling while maintaining safety and productivity standards.

You will unload materials, verify IDs/lot numbers, stock using FIFO, and record transactions in SAP. Basic computer skills are required; SAP experience is a plus. This is a full-time position with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 month of related warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to meet productivity standards and deadlines.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive motions.
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify incoming products according to Device Master Record and QA Release documentation.
• Unload materials promptly and separate pallets by item and/or lot number.
• Verify product IDs, lot numbers, and quantities; notify supervisor of discrepancies.
• Stock materials in designated bin locations using FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Enter transactions in SAP accurately and in a timely manner.
• Participate in periodic physical inventory counts.
