WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sort products efficiently and according to TSA policy standards.
• Inspect products for defects and damages to ensure quality.
• Identify products correctly and direct them to the appropriate department for processing.
• Collect merchandise from the distribution center and transport materials safely.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Manager, Administrator, or their designate.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated competency through verifiable training or experience.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Perform repetitive motion tasks as needed.

SCHEDULE

Work schedules are set by management, and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate coverage. Full-time employees may work any shift, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

EDUCATION PREFERRED

High School or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

At least 1 year in a warehouse setting.
