Foundation Building Materials (FBM) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Richmond, VA facility. You will support receiving, organizing, and loading materials while ensuring accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and adherence to OSHA safety standards, with opportunities for career growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Building supply warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to customers entering the warehouse and maintain a high level of customer focus in producing quality products and services.
• Maintain a full understanding of all products by identification, weight, and size.
• Receive, organize, and move incoming materials and load outgoing materials; allocate and move material to its correct place.
• Maintain packing specifications and make suitable skids/pallets.
• Participate in monthly and/or annual physical inventories.
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA requirements to maintain a safe working environment; use proper lifting techniques and wear PPE.
• Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
