Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support every customer purchase—from entry through loading and delivery prep. You will help prepare furniture, assist in loading, and ensure a clean, safe workspace.

This role emphasizes safety, potential certification on material handling equipment, and basic experience with order pickers, electric pallet jacks, or inventory scan guns. Growth opportunities exist within our team.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety and maintaining a neat, safe work environment.
• Willingness to become certified on material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift/move furniture up to 200 lbs.
• Ability to lift on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 feet.
• Experience with order picker, electric pallet jack, or inventory scan gun is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the lifecycle of customer purchases from entry to delivery.
• Load/off-load trailers and prep furniture for assembly.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Operate warehouse equipment as trained.
