Job summary

Raymour and Flanigan is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support loading, unloading, and staging furniture, ensuring a smooth customer experience from entry to delivery.

You'll lift heavy items, operate material-handling equipment, and prep goods for assembly while maintaining a safe, clean warehouse. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on dexterity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan safety practices and a neat, safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment.
• Lift, push, and pull furniture up to 200 lbs regularly.
• Safely operate equipment at heights 30-40 feet above ground.
• Experience with order pickers, electric pallet jacks, or scan guns is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by moving furniture from entry to staging, loading/unloading trailers.
• Bin sofas and prep dining tables for assembly as part of order fulfillment.
• Support warehouse operations with safe handling and proper equipment use.
