Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a warehouse, strong attention to detail, and a team-focused work ethic. OSHA-compliant practices, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse or distribution facility.
• Ability to learn quickly and continue learning.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and team mentality.
• Good communication with peers and customers.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass drug screen and DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment.
• Assist in accurately receiving material.
• Assist in stocking and organizing material within the warehouse.
• Assist in pulling material for jobs.
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks and trailers.
• Assist the field team in locating material needed.
• Assist in conducting mid-year and year-end warehouse inventories.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining facilities.
• Assist in keeping the outside yard clean and organized.
• Ensure facilities are safe and work is conducted in a safe manner.
• Other duties as needed.
