Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations in San Antonio. You will perform shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, stocking inventory, packing, and delivery tasks while maintaining a safe, organized workspace and providing excellent service to internal teams and airport staff.

You will use handheld devices to execute inventory transactions, conduct cycle counts, and assist with process controls.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and partner with General Managers, vendors, and airport staff to ensure compliance in deliveries and movement of merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Perform receiving, cycle counts, product returns, and transfer transactions using handheld or company equipment.
• Maintain stock security and accurate inventory records; resolve discrepancies with management.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and keep warehouse area clean and organized.
• Assist with packing, loading/unloading, stocking, and delivery tasks as needed.

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting the warehouse operations.Warehouse Associate’s must have the ability to perform shipping and receiving functions including, unloading trucks, pulling product, packing, delivery, stocking, and providing daily maintenance/recovery for the different concepts within the platform.Whether working in an on-trend national brand, or an iconic concept from the local community, you will create and deliver first-class experiences for the traveling public.

• Efficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, transfer transactions, etc. on our handheld or Company equipment.
• Efficiently and accurately complete any required process controls (paperwork, etc.).
• Ensure consistent application of stock security as per defined processes.
• Be able to resolve inventory control issues and escalate as required.
• Identify and report to Management discrepancies according to defined process.
• Accountable for compliance with all local, state, federal laws and regulations including those relating to food safety.
• Follows correct First In, First Out process.
• Maintain good time management.
