Job summary

The role requires basic computer skills and the ability to follow warehouse, shipping, and safety procedures. You will operate RF scanners, verify shipments, and contribute to a collaborative, safety-conscious team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, or packing preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against shipping documents.
• Identify and report discrepancies, damaged products, or missing items.
• Enter shipment receipts into a computer system and print shipping labels.
• Pick outbound orders using RF scanners.
• Verify product quantities and ensure the correct products are selected.
• Select appropriate packaging and pack products securely.
• Move completed packages to the designated quality-check area or conveyor line.
• Pack and unpack boxes and load/unload boxes from pallets.
• Follow all warehouse, shipping, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity while completing assigned tasks.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
