Job summary

BECO Holding Company in Concord, NC is seeking a warehouse associate to support inbound and outbound material flow, packing, and kitting per work orders. You will operate RF scanners and light warehouse equipment to fulfill orders accurately.

Responsibilities include unloading inbound traffic, locating material, preparing orders, and shipping with the correct carrier. The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• H.S. graduate or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse operation experience preferred, but not required.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Organized, detail oriented with a high commitment to excellence.
• MUST be a TEAMPLAYER.
• Basic to intermediate PC skills (or willingness to be trained).
• Forklift/Drexel license preferred (or willingness to be trained).
• Able to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Able to work in high locations (up to 18’ above ground).
• Able to maintain a high physical energy level (walking, pulling, lifting, moving).

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound traffic and locate material within finished goods warehouse.
• Utilize hand truck, forklift, and/or Drexel as required.
• Ensure count accuracy when placing material in rack or bin locations.
• Transfer materials within Distribution Center between rack/bin locations or to kitting operations.
• Use RF equipment to pull material from identified bin locations and transport to packing stations or consolidation area.
• Pull consolidated orders by assigned LPNs for packing operators (WMS-Oracle orders only).
• Package customer orders, printing customer packing slips and ensure 100% accuracy.
• Place customer markings on packed cartons as necessary.
• Kit orders per BOM and work instructions if assigned to kitting operations.
• Process customer packages through appropriate shipping manifest system (Clippership, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Ensure material is shipped via the proper carrier and method as directed.
• Wrap palletized orders for common carrier shipment and load carrier trucks as required.
• Maintain safety logs and recharge equipment daily; attend training as required.
• Support all areas of the business as situations dictate.
