Warehouse Associate (Returns Specialist)

How You Will WOW:
  • Receive parts, accessories, and machinery from customers/dealers for warranty credit or restock and enter contents of the package into the computer.
  • Issue Credit Memo or send proper form letter explaining failure if not.
  • Troubleshoot returned machinery packaging.
  • Complete various returns/repack projects assigned by supervisor.
  • Maintain accurate documented inventory of machines, parts, boxes, and pallets.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and report daily KPI and workload.
  • Prioritize tasks based on daily KPI/Inventory reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 2-3 years of related experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Google Workspace).
  • Experience with WMS (SAP, Korber).

  • Work near moving mechanical parts and airborne particles.
  • High noise environment; protective equipment required.
