Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is hiring for a Warehouse Associate Representative at the Whitestown, IN site. This on-site role supports pallet handling, inventory checks, and safe, accurate processing in a fast-paced environment.

You will use PDAs and basic software to track inventory, assist in problem resolution, and mentor teammates as needed. The position offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months and immediate pay options.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate in English on the warehouse floor.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

## Warehouse Associate Representative - Express ScriptsApply: On-site: Whitestown, IN: Full time: Posted Today: 26012469**Location: 100% onsite – Whitestown, IN** **Shift: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm** **Up to $2500 sign-on bonus paid out over a 12-month period based on shift assignment**.*Offering Immediate Pay options — access a portion of your earned wages before payday, so you have more flexibility when you need it most.* Our **Warehouse Associates** are responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy are held to the highest standard through the warehouse and forward stock locations. Will be assigned an area to ensure work is completed timely and accurately. Serves as a resource to supervisor and all team members. Supports productivity, quality, and safety efforts by accurately operating equipment, assisting in troubleshooting, and rectifying issues, training and mentoring team members. Work with a focus on quality and safety while fulfilling requests in a timely manner. What You’ll do:* Break down pallets, inspect incoming products to verify counts, quantity, and accuracy against purchase orders to receive them in.* Identify and report inventory discrepancies and shipment issues as they occur.* Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in and outside of the warehouse.* Complete inventory counts, rotate stock, and remove expired products as needed.* Operate equipment and tools safely, including pallet jacks (manual and electric), carts, and dollies, and cutters.* Use PDAs and computers to accurately enter, track, and retrieve inventory data.* Perform accurate data entry and inventory retrieval.* Ensure proper separation by lot and expiration date information as you put away, store, and deliver medications throughout the pharmacy.Essential Functions:* Ensure appropriate workflow for assigned area to include filling movement requests from and between warehouse and other stock locations.* Assist in all assigned work areas in Warehouse and Support areas.* Complete assigned tasks thoroughly and correctly in a timely manner* Other duties as assigned. Requirements:* 1+ years of relevant experience preferred* Basic math, computer, organization, and problem-solving skills.* Able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Must be able to speak and understand English to communicate safely on the warehouse floor.* Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical activities throughout the shift, including bending, stooping, squatting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling and repetitive hand motions.* Able to read and distinguish small print.
