Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Andover, MA to own all operations in the regional warehouse, including shipping/receiving, inventory, supplies, and staging.

You will verify quantities, stage paperwork and identified products, manage consumables, and examine deliveries for damage in a fast-paced, safety‑minded environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving.
• High degree of personal responsibility and integrity.
• Ability to work interdependently in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to continuously improve processes and always find a way to get the job done right.
• Valid Driver’s License and forklift certification.
• Must be able to work a schedule of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Verify the quantity and correctness of incoming materials against bills of lading and document discrepancies.
• Stage paperwork and identified products for the next day in designated staging areas.
• Maintain consumables quantities and submit purchase requests to Manager.
• Examine deliveries for damage and report issues.

As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Warehouse Operations team in Andover plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by ensuring all products are received and staged properly, thoroughly inspected, and accurately inventoried in a clean and safe environment.

As a Warehouse Associate at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by taking ownership over all operations in your region’s warehouse, including shipping/receiving, inventory, supplies/consumables, and fleet management. You will report directly to our Warehouse Manager and work closely with our Operations team.
