This position supports warehouse activities for flagship retail and North American e-commerce at Harry Potter NY. Our goal is to improve support to the store, enhance the efficiency and timing of deliveries, and fulfill e-commerce orders in the local market. Key responsibilities include processing incoming purchase orders, stock management, order picking, and dispatching orders to our Flagship store.

Responsibilities include:

1. Accept, check, and receive incoming orders from suppliers, ensuring records are accurate and correct.
2. Put away orders into racking in a safe and efficient manner.
3. Accurately pick orders for stores and e-commerce operations.
4. Prepare and dispatch replenishment orders.
5. Report discrepancies in stock levels to the Warehouse Management team and assist with inventory counts.
6. Adhere to all health and safety policies to ensure a safe environment for visitors and staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Well organized and focused.
• Ability to prioritize workloads.
• Effective communication skills with colleagues.
• Team player with a flexible approach.
• Maintain minimal shrinkage through efficient handling of products and packaging.

The Nice to Haves:

• Experience in warehouse operations or similar environment.
• Use of plant machinery such as forklifts, high reach equipment, and pallet trucks (training provided).
• Interest in film and television, especially Warner Bros.’ Wizarding World franchise.
