Job summary

Cencora is seeking a warehouse associate in Indiana to support distribution services within the US AmerisourceBergen operations. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and up to 2 years of related experience. CSCP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities include monitoring temperature-sensitive materials, updating records, packing, and coordinating shipments to ensure accurate, timely processing.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations processes including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging and shipping.
• Knowledge of inventory control principles, stock movement, and traceability.
• Knowledge of temperature-controlled handling for sensitive products.

• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.

This role is role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Shift Details

Monday - Friday 7:00am - Finish

Pay Details

Pay starting at $19.00/hr with potential for up to $21.00/hr based on a variety of earning opportunities including shift differentials, performance incentives, and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.

Education

Work Experience

• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

Skills And Knowledge

• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
