Job summary

Zumbrota Drivetrain in Minnesota is seeking a detail-oriented Parts Receiver to manage incoming automotive parts, inspect quality, and record items in our warehouse system. You will organize storage, coordinate with internal teams, and help with cycle counts and shipping support in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift/pallet jack familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior automotive warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in logistics or warehouse operations are a plus.
• Previous experience in warehouse receiving, preferably automotive or parts environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments of automotive parts and supplies.
• Inspect received items for accuracy, damage, and quality, verifying against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Document and record all received inventory in the warehouse management system.
• Organize and store parts in designated areas, ensuring easy retrieval and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Support shipping and distribution activities when required.
