Quality Custom Distribution is seeking a Receiving Associate for an on-site Seattle, WA role. You will support warehouse receiving, order selection, and inventory processes, using voice-directed headsets to accurately pick and assemble orders while operating in refrigerated and freezer environments.

The position starts at 6:00 AM, offers a four-day, 10-hour schedule, and pays $26.66 per hour with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least one year of general warehouse experience preferred.
• Receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience operating material handling equipment including electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills to verify products, quantities, labels, and inventory information.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments (34-36°F and 0 to -10°F).

Receiving Associate – Seattle, WA

What You'll Do:

You’ll support warehouse receiving and order-selection operations by ensuring inbound products are accurately received, stored, and prepared for distribution. This hands-on warehouse role requires safe equipment operation, attention to product quality, and the ability to work in both refrigerated and freezer environments while maintaining productivity throughout a physically active shift.

In This Role, You'll:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
• Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily operational goals
• Follow all company safety procedures and food-safety requirements
• Support both receiving and order-selection functions based on operational needs

What You’ll Bring:

• At least one year of general warehouse experience preferred
• Previous receiving experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience operating material handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts preferred

The Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time position beginning at 6:00AM.
• Four-day, 10-hour schedule
• This is a fully on-site warehouse position
• Work is performed in a physically active, production-based environment
• Regular work may include refrigerated and freezer warehouse areas
• Weekends and holidays may be included in the regular scheduleOvertime is required when operational needs arise and may extend the scheduled shift

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate (Base Pay): $26.66 per hour
• Weekly pay (every Friday)
