Job summary

Cardinal Health in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, pick, pack, and ship orders so our customers can have the products they need to care for patients. You will follow SOPs, handle various equipment such as forklifts and order pickers, use a Warehouse Management System (WMS), and participate in safety and housekeeping duties.

Training is provided on day one; overtime may be required; company benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and retirement

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience? No problem—training provided on day one.
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Able to bend, reach, and climb to access products.
• Excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Process orders by picking, packing, and preparing for shipment.
• Perform quality checks and sort/consolidate freight.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and support projects.
• Use WMS to check in/out products and coordinate with team.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (e.g., forklift, order picker).
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow OSHA standards.
