Job summary

IES Residential, Inc. is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate in Webster, TX to support daily warehouse operations. You will receive, inspect, and stock shipments; pick, pack, and stage orders; and ensure accurate labeling and documentation for outbound deliveries.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and in a team, and adherence to safety policies. Forklift experience is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Location: Webster, TX

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at our Webster, TX shop. This role is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting and is comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to verify accuracy and condition
• Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or transfer
• Stock materials in designated areas and maintain organized inventory
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently (frequent mounting and dismounting required)
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness (trash removal, sweeping, organizing materials)
• Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outbound orders
• Ensure products are properly labeled and stored according to company standards
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Ability to pass a background check
• Forklift certification (preferred)
• Self-motivated, punctual, and dependable

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing 50+ lbs
