As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate who can also support our production floor as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Inspection: Check incoming deliveries for accuracy and completeness, verify against packing lists, and report discrepancies.
• Inventory Management: Organize and store incoming products following established guidelines, ensure proper labeling, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Picking & Packing: Fulfill customer orders by picking items according to delivery notes, securely packing them, and preparing shipments for dispatch.
• Shipping & Documentation: Prepare shipping documents, coordinate with carriers, and ensure that all outgoing packages meet quality and safety standards.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
• Production Support: Assist on the production floor with basic, easy-to-learn tasks when necessary, ensuring smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or similar environment preferred.
• A plus is the ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks); forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to follow written instructions.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to lift and move packages of varying weights (up to 50 lbs).
• Willingness to learn new tasks and assist in other departments as needed.
• English is required, and German and/or Spanish language skills are a plus.
