Job summary

Charter Industries is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle receiving, processing, storing and shipping inventory according to purchase orders and schedules. You will maintain warehouse cleanliness and assist other departments as needed.

Responsibilities include receiving and documenting products, loading orders, labeling stock, scanning for correct destinations, and helping train new workers in a fast-paced environment with safety in mind.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, preferably associate degree in business or supply chain.
• Prior experience in pulling and packing orders in a warehouse.
• Forklift certification.
• Knowledge of Salespad, FedEx Ship Manager & UPS Worldship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and documenting products for delivery or return.
• Loading orders onto trucks and shipping containers.
• Organizing incoming stock and labeling products.
• Scanning labels to ensure products are shipped to the right destinations.
• Identifying any missing, lost, or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor.
• Coordinates with Customer Care and Sales teams on orders.
• Assisting with training of newly employed workers.
• Other tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
