Job summary

McKesson is seeking a dynamic warehouse associate in Chino, California. This entry-level role supports order fulfillment to ensure fast and accurate shipping of healthcare products. Training is provided to certify operation of power industrial equipment and advanced automation.

We offer a $20.80/hour base pay (Mon-Fri 9:00AM start) with incentive pay potential for top performers. Benefits include Wellbeing programs, gym rebates, and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• Entry level experience required, willingness to learn and grow.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles during a shift.
• Able to lift 20 to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment (37–42F) for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Move and ship products efficiently to fulfill orders accurately.
• Maintain safe, organized work areas and follow procedures.
• On-the-job training to certify operation of power industrial equipment.
