Job summary

McKesson is hiring a Warehouse Worker to join our Tolleson, AZ distribution team. The role focuses on efficient order fulfillment, rapid shipment of life-changing products, and accurate inventory handling.

Training is provided to operate power industrial equipment and to certify you for advanced processes, including driving equipment and automation. The job requires being able to stand and walk throughout shifts, lift 20–50 lbs repeatedly, and work in a refrigerated environment (37–42F).

Qualifications

• Entry level experience preferred.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles during shift.
• Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (37–42F).
• Willingness to learn and operate power industrial equipment; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Move products efficiently to ensure orders are shipped quickly and accurately.
• Maintain safe and organized work areas to support order fulfillment.
• Operate power industrial equipment after on-the-job training.
• Adapt to shift requirements and learn new processes as needed.
