Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Associates for a client in Winchester, VA. This full-time opportunity handles palletized materials, order picking, and general warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with potential to convert to a permanent position and a pay increase after conversion. Candidates should be able to lift up to 25 pounds and work full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, distribution, or light industrial environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks (manual/electric) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move and handle palletized materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick products and materials based on work instructions.
• Assist with lumping and processing inbound/outbound freight.
• Load, unload, stage, and organize materials as needed.
• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks as required.
• Support receiving, shipping, and other warehouse activities.
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions.
