Job summary

Haleon plc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help manage raw and packaging materials by receiving, moving and tracking inventory in the warehouse. You will operate PITs and ensure data accuracy in company systems.

Responsibilities include basic inventory transactions, stock reconciliation, monitoring near expiry materials and replenishing to support production. Prior PIT experience is preferred though not required; full-time, evening shift. Health benefits available.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Entry level position; prior work experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to work 12 hour shifts from 7:00pm to 7:00am.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic inventory transactions and daily stock reconciliation to support inventory accuracy.
• Monitor near-expiry materials, deliveries, and the status of goods in Quarantine and manufacturing systems.
• Replenish materials as needed to support production.
• Issue clean, properly labeled materials to production and assist with proper disposal of rejected materials.
• Enter receipt, inspection, and issuance data accurately and on time.
• Support a safe, clean, and GMP‑compliant warehouse environment.
• Track and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure compliance and availability.
• Safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) after training.
• Learn and use SAP and other warehouse systems.
• Develop skills to progress to Level2 ICM.
• Maintain strong safety, attendance, and conduct standards.
