Join our team as a Warehouse Associate (Picker/Packer) - 1st Shift - Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm at Saddle Creek Logistics Services.

Job Overview

Warehouse Associates are responsible for handling freight, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products within a distribution center. The role requires teamwork, adherence to safety policies, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

1. Perform warehouse functions such as order picking.
2. Load trucks considering weight, size, and product characteristics.
3. Use handheld scanners and equipment for warehouse management system compliance.
4. Maintain a clean, organized facility.
5. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
6. Follow safety policies and guidelines.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Physical ability to perform exerting duties in varying indoor temperatures.

Preferred Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Computer skills, including WMS systems.
