Job summary

DNAM Brands in California is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Picker & Packer) to support daily e-commerce fulfillment. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, maintain organized stock, and work closely with the Warehouse Manager.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in warehouse operations, familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus, strong attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

DNAM is seeking a Warehouse Associate (Picker & Packer)

In this role, you will support the daily fulfillment of e-commerce orders for our portfolio of brands. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining warehouse organization and efficiency. This is a hands-on position, ideal for a detail-oriented, reliable individual capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working with evolving processes and able to maintain accuracy and speed as order volumes increase.

• Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with picking, packing, and shipping workflows in a warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order management and preparation
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, high-volume environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep work areas clean and tidy
• Self-motivated individual capable of following instructions and executing tasks independently
• Comfortable working in environments with constantly evolving processes
• Ability to lift and move packages as needed

$18 – $19 an hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday/Weekends as needed
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
