Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Jeffersonville, IN. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior warehouse experience or a high school diploma/GED is required; drug screen and background check are part of the process. This role offers growth and stability in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/ GED or previous warehouse experience.
• Must be able to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Inspect products for damage and dispose of defective items according to company procedures.
• Safely lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Assist with warehouse organization, restocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
• Follow company safety protocols and participate in team safety meetings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure order completion.
