Job summary

You will pick and pack items, assemble shipping labels for FedEx, and coordinate with customer service, supply chain, and Inside Sales to resolve order queries. The role requires basic computer skills, numeracy, and the ability to work under pressure as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Must have completed secondary education.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with barcode systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders according to client requirements and standards.
• Assemble FedEx shipping boxes and create shipping labels.
• Input order data and coordinate with purchasing, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse areas and follow EHS policies.
• Support other departments when needed and perform additional duties.
