Echo Electric, a leading electrical distributor, seeks a Warehouse Laborer to join our Springfield-area team. You will receive, pick, pack, ship goods, cut wire, and help with general warehouse maintenance in a high-activity environment.

Join a safety-focused team where you will load and unload materials, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, and support customers as needed. This role emphasizes physical effort and teamwork within a fast-paced operation.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with safety expectations.
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Willing to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Be on your feet for extended periods and move about the warehouse.
• Basic problem-solving and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, pack, and ship orders of various sizes.
• Load, unload, and move materials using safety equipment and equipment.
• Receive and store inventory, ensuring quality and quantity.
• Cut wire, rod, or strut with appropriate tools.
• Assist customers with loading material and resolve issues.
• Sweep floors and maintain a tidy, safe warehouse.
• Record damaged or defective materials.
