WorkSolved Staffing is hiring for Pick and Pack staff on 1st Shift in the Walker area. These are temp-to-hire positions working for a local warehouse. Opportunities for advancement right from the start, company promotes from within.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pulls parts and product according to job orders.
• Places the parts from the order onto skids according to specifications, using banding, spacers and shrink wrap to secure the order onto the skid.

Qualifications:

• Solid work ethic, positive attitude and willingness to cross train in different operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance, up to 80 pounds with assistance
• Ability and willingness to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to work alone or with a partner to pull the orders.

• Pay rate: 1st Shift $18.00
• Hours 7am to 3:30pm
• 30-minute lunch and 2 10-minute breaks
• Moderate paced work
• Safety Glasses Required
• Pass Drug Screen
• Currently working scheduled OT.
