Express Employment Professionals in Oxford, MI is hiring energetic Warehouse Associates for a busy pet product distribution facility. If you enjoy an active role in a fast-paced environment and want bonus incentives, this could be the opportunity for you.

Position details include 2nd and 3rd shifts, starting pay $19.00 per hour with weekly performance bonuses up to $250. Training and immediate benefits are offered for evaluation-hire and contract positions.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, shipping, or distribution experience preferred.
• Hi-Lo/Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable with constant walking, lifting, bending, and movement throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle pet products including: dog food bags up to 40 lbs., pets toys, collars and leashes, beds and mats, and other warehouse merchandise.
• Assist in shipping, receiving, and repack operations.
• Build and stack pallets as needed.
• Verify order accuracy before shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures.
