Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Oxford, MI is hiring energetic Warehouse Associates for a busy pet product distribution facility. If you enjoy an active role in a fast-paced environment and want bonus incentives, this could be the opportunity for you.

Position details include 2nd and 3rd shifts, starting pay $19.00 per hour with weekly performance bonuses up to $250. Training and immediate benefits are offered for evaluation-hire and contract positions.

Qualifications

Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, shipping, or distribution experience preferred.
Hi-Lo/Forklift experience is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
Comfortable with constant walking, lifting, bending, and movement throughout the shift.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle pet products including: dog food bags up to 40 lbs., pets toys, collars and leashes, beds and mats, and other warehouse merchandise.
Assist in shipping, receiving, and repack operations.
Build and stack pallets as needed.
Verify order accuracy before shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures.
