Legacy Supply Chain in Oswego, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate - Loose Freight Handler to break down pallets, stack products, and move pallets using a pallet jack or forklift. You will verify orders, inspect for damage, and prepare pallets for loading with a voice-based sorting system.

A 10–12 hour shift is expected, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and can lift 50 pounds consistently while standing for the full shift.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of a 10- or 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders by breaking down pallets, stacking product, and transporting pallets with a pallet jack or forklift.
• Confirm orders contain the correct number of products for shipment.
• Review and verify label information by comparing labels to contents and placing labels correctly.
• Inspect inbound and outbound customer orders for damages.
• Work with a voice based sorting system and wrap pallets for loading onto trailers.
• Support distribution center operations and ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
