Blink Health in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support medication fulfillment, inventory control, and patient care coordination. The role involves receiving shipments, preparing prescription orders, and assisting pharmacists in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The position is onsite at 400 S Woods Mill Rd, with 4 ten-hour shifts and a 40-hour workweek. Prior tech experience and MO license eligibility are preferred, along with strong English and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in Missouri preferred or eligibility to obtain it.
• Experience as a pharmacy technician, fulfillment center, or warehouse is preferred.
• Strong command of English with attention to detail in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming medications and supplies.
• Prepare prescription orders, manage workflow, dispensing, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory including storage, ordering, rotation and expiration dating.
• Provide patient care support and triage to a pharmacist when required.
• Keep storage and work areas clean and organized.
• Prepare and stage outgoing orders for delivery or shipment, ensuring accuracy.
• Work safely and in compliance with policies and laws; collaborate with management and pharmacists.
• Complete special assignments as directed by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments of medications, supplies, and packaging materials.
• Assists in the preparation of prescription orders, including management of workflow, dispensing, and shipping
• Maintenance of inventory including inventory storage, ordering, rotating and beyond use dating
• Provide patient care to accurately support our programs and triage to a pharmacist when required
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and work areas.
• Prepare and stage outgoing orders for delivery or shipment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws
• Work collaboratively with the management team and pharmacists
• Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Preferred: Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri (in good standing and unrestricted), or eligibility to obtain it
• Prior experience as a pharmacy technician, fulfillment center or warehouse is preferred
• Strong command of the English language
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move inventory materials (up to 50 lbs) and operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners).
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods, including standing and walking for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Proven ability to learn complex new software and technologies

Location/Hours

• Onsite, 400 S Woods Mill Rd, Chesterfield, MO
• Full time, 40 hrs/week, 4 10 hrs shifts
• Work hours Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday 7am-5pm
• Scheduling flexibility, as your schedule may change over time according to business needs
