Job summary

Blink Health in Chesterfield, MO is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support prescription fulfillment, inventory, and patient care. You will assist with incoming shipments, prepare orders, and help ensure accurate dispensing under pharmacist supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, MO tech license (preferred), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. It offers full-time hours onsite with comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license in good standing.
• Prior experience as pharmacy technician, fulfillment center or warehouse is preferred.
• Strong command of the English language.
• Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in a high-volume setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic warehouse equipment.
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proven ability to learn complex software and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments of medications, supplies, and packaging materials.
• Assist in the preparation of prescription orders, including workflow, dispensing, and shipping.
• Maintain inventory including storage, ordering, rotating and beyond use dating.
• Provide patient care to support programs and triage to a pharmacist when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and work areas.
• Prepare and stage outgoing orders for delivery or shipment.
• Perform tasks safely and in compliance with policies and laws.
• Work collaboratively with management and pharmacists.
• Complete special assignments as directed by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner that is consistent with corporate policies as well as State and Federal laws

• Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required
• Preferred: Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Missouri (in good standing and unrestricted), or eligibility to obtain it
• Prior experience as a pharmacy technician, fulfillment center or warehouse is preferred
• Strong command of the English language
• Strong attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move inventory materials (up to 50 lbs) and operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners).
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements for extended periods, including standing and walking for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Proven ability to learn complex new software and technologies

Location/Hours

• Onsite, 400 S Woods Mill Rd, Chesterfield, MO
• Full time, 40 hrs/week, (5) 8 hrs shifts
• Work hours 7am-7pm, rotating shifts + every 3rd Saturday rotation
• Scheduling flexibility, as your schedule may change over time according to business needs
